Always from scratch!

My love for creating the perfect pie was passed on to me from my grandma Margret Baisely. Grandma's pies were the perfect combination of fresh fruit and delicate spices all wrapped in a a hand-rolled flaky crust. Grandma loved sharing her pies with her family and they were a staple at every holiday and birthday celebration.

Pie baking is now one of my great loves. I now know the joy that Grandma felt when she created her pies for the people she loved. Every time I combine fresh, locally grown fruit and aromatic spices into a flaky, hand-rolled crust I am sharing my love and Grandma's love.
